We are a seeking an experienced tailor and dressmaker for our Surprise Surprise clothing shop who offers a high quality alterations service.
The ideal candidate must be a tailor specialising in both high-end menswear luxury brands and have a solid understanding of alterations methods and how to work with different types of fabrics and sewing machines.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• We are looking at least 3 years’ experience in tailoring and alteration service.
• Trained with good tailoring skills to perform men’s garments alterations using industrial sewing machines.
• Proven sewing experience of an extremely high standard.
• Committed and organised with good time keeping.
• Ability to sew and hand stitch to an exceptionally high standard.
• Understand the needs and requirements of the customer and fitting.
• Fitting garments on customers to determine how the alterations should be done.
• Work on all types of materials.
• perform ladies and men’s garments
