Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Service Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
• Provide direct care and support to service users.
• Supervise and guide care staff to deliver person-centred care.
• Collaborate with health professionals and external agencies for comprehensive client support.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits on properties, medication, and finances.
• Approve staff rotas, leaves, and oversee timesheets and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) or willingness to pursue qualifications.
• Proven experience in Mental Health care services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
