Crynodeb

The DIO Overseas Prime Contract team are currently mobilising a new contract for Soft Facilities Management (SFM) in Cyprus and procuring a Total Facilities Management contract (TFM) in the South Atlantic Islands (Falklands and Ascension Island).

These contracts will replace the existing contracts operating in the Permanent Joint Operating Bases.

The contracts will deliver Facilities Management services to customers living and working on the MOD’s overseas estate. The team will be dealing with approvals processes, awarding contracts, and working closely with the current contract management teams to demobilise the old contract and mobilisation of the new contract.

Once the OPC contracts are in place, the commercial resource will have opportunities to transition into the contract management team to manage the contracts once let or move into another DIO Commercial position.
