Lead the Exit Team, monitoring compliance with MOD and DIO policy, instructions and guidance.
Create an environment of strong working relationships both within the team and with other teams across DIO, MoD and Industry Partners (IP)
Accountable for ensuring compliance with mandatory staff related requirements e.g. H&S and technical training
Provide an escalation point for matters including risk identification, mitigation & management.
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders including Senior Civil Servants within DIO, MOD and other Gov Units
Key member of the Exit Governance Panel and chair of Exit Steering Group.
Implement and maintain a Stakeholder Communications Management plan as relevant to each phase.
Prepare manage and deliver the Built Estate PFI Exit programme. Identify critical activity, dependencies, and milestones. Ensure alignment with other dependant Programmes e.g., PFI Replacement
Prepare Programme and Project progress reports as necessary.
Review processes, actions & activities necessary to manage and deliver PFI expiry and exit activities related to operational contract management.
Support assurance activities in relation to estate Assurance EM02 strategy as well as PFI assurance and policy.
Undertake / support activity in relation to assuring compliance with policy and standards.
