We are currently looking for an Electrician to join HMS!

This position is based in the North West and requires a full, clean driving license. A work van and fuel card will be provided for
work purposes.

Responsibilities:




* Perform electrical installations and repairs in social housing units, ensuring compliance with national standards and safety
regulations.
* Diagnose electrical issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
* Collaborate with the broader responsive repairs team to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of work.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, including using a PDA to record works.
* Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, standards, and technologies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Utilise IT and communications equipment.
* Deliver recognised industry standards for compliance, quality, and productivity.
* Demonstrate strong customer service skills, maintaining a professional and respectful approach when interacting with residents.
* Avail of individual and corporate training and development.
* Drive a company van







Skills & Experience:




* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical qualification or equivalent
* 18th Edition
* Full UK driving license
