Job title: Pega Business Analyst
We are seeking a Pega Business Analyst for a future role to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and design efficient Pega BPM solutions. Key responsibilities include leveraging Pega App Studio, DCO, and BPMN for process optimization, managing Pega Personas for tailored user experiences, and ensuring effective use of Pega OOTB features.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Pega BPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Use Pega App Studio and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) to facilitate requirements capture, ensuring clear, traceable business objectives for solution development.
Design and manage Pega Personas to tailor user experiences that meet the needs of various roles and departments.
Work with Pega BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) to design, document, and analyze workflows, ensuring optimal process flow and efficiency.
Provide expertise on Pega PRPC and Pega Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionalities, advising on customization needs based on project requirements.
Ensure that solutions leverage Pega OOTB features effectively to minimize custom development and maintain system scalability.
Facilitate workshops and DCO sessions to capture and document business processes, providing insights and recommendations for improved process alignment.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, working closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet the desired outcomes.
Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, and requirements specifications, supporting ongoing system enhancements and updates.
Collaborate with testing teams to define test cases, validate functionality, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for quality assurance.
Stay updated on Pega best practices, leveraging knowledge of Pega App Studio, Pega Personas, and BPMN to drive successful project delivery.
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Proven experience working with Pega BPM and Pega PRPC.
Strong understanding of Pega App Studio and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) for streamlined requirements gathering and development.
Proficiency in Pega Personas for designing role-based user experiences within Pega.
Experience with Pega BPMN for business process modeling and notation.
Familiarity with Pega Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionalities to leverage existing Pega capabilities and reduce customization.
Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) credential preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on translating business needs into technical requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of BPM best practices and industry standards.
