The role involves developing customizations using X++, designing Power BI dashboards, integrating Azure Logic Apps, managing Azure Services, and supporting data migrations from Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, focusing on modules within Finance and Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC) to meet evolving business needs.
Develop, test, and deploy customizations using X++ and configure the ERP system to align with business processes.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Integrate Azure Logic Apps with Dynamics 365 for improved automation, data processing, and cross-platform functionality.
Manage and support Azure Services for enhanced scalability and cloud-based performance of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Utilize various reporting tools to extract insights and enhance transparency across financial and operational functions.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize ERP workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
Maintain and update Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Business Central solutions, including version upgrades, patches, and data integrity management.
Support Microsoft Dynamics AX migrations and data transfers, ensuring accurate historical data preservation and future-readiness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align the ERP system with organizational goals, ensure smooth data flows, and drive efficiency across all departments.
Document configurations, customizations, and workflows, creating detailed manuals and guides for user training and troubleshooting.
Conduct user training sessions and provide technical support to ERP users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the full functionality of Dynamics 365 ERP.
Perform regular system audits, security checks, and data backups to maintain ERP reliability and safeguard sensitive information.
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification in Finance and Operations, Business Central, or related fields.
Experience with .NET for ERP integrations or enhancements.
Understanding of SQL Server and SSIS for data transformation and integration.
Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
Prior experience in an ERP specialist or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules, particularly Finance and Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC).
Proficiency in X++ for customizations within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Solid understanding of Azure Services and Azure Logic Apps for effective ERP integration and automation.
