We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist for a future opportunity role in the UK, focused on solution design, development, and customization within the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. This future opportunity involves implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules, developing Power Apps solutions, integrating Power Automate, and leveraging Microsoft Dataverse for data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules) to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain Power Apps applications and solutions for enhancing business workflows.
Create and optimize queries using FetchXML for Dynamics 365 to pull relevant data and improve user experience.
Integrate Power Automate to automate business processes and improve efficiency across platforms.
Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including business process flows, workflows, and entity relationships.
Work closely with internal teams to map out business processes and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Leverage Microsoft Dataverse to integrate and manage data across Dynamics 365 applications.
Design and implement data transformation solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Provide reporting and analytics through Power BI, ensuring data is leveraged for business decision-making.
Work with Azure Services for cloud-based solutions and scalability to enhance the CRM platform’s capabilities.
Ensure the smooth integration of Microsoft Azure cloud services for better performance and support of CRM solutions.
Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business processes and automation that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain and upgrade Dynamics 365, ensuring system security, backup, and integrity of data.

Required skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
Experience with .Net development for custom integrations or extensions.
Knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for custom reporting.
Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
Solid knowledge of FetchXML for querying and reporting within Dynamics 365.
Experience in automating workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Proficiency in SQL Server and using SSIS for data integration and transformation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services, especially in relation to Dynamics 365 integration and deployment.
Experience with Power BI for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports based on Dynamics 365 data.
Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse for data management across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules, including customizations and configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
