About the role:

We are currently recruiting a Quality and improvement lead to join the IT Service Management team. The ITSM & Infrastructure team within Gentoo’s internal IT function, working alongside solutions, change and business intelligence functions enables and supports Gentoo’s employees in their mission to create great homes and communities for our tenants. The quality and improvement lead ensures that the IT department meets these business needs. The quality and improvement lead is accountable for continual improvement across the IT function, ensuring that continual improvement is embedded in the culture of the IT department. Internal Audit of IT process adherence and efficiency
Quality Management
Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
Customer Satisfaction
SLA Reporting Communications planning
Service Transition
What we are looking for:
Experience of:
Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
Project Lead
Bachelor’s degree in business or IT
ITIL 4 Foundation or willing to gain certification
Technical Certification Knowledge of:
Experience in an ITSM environment
Process Improvement
Delivering CSI initiatives
