As a Financials Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Set-up chart of accounts and customization of QuickBooks Online across organization.
• Must be competent to implement SAP and QBO across organizations as client support role.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing them technical support related to accounting software functionality test and deployment.
• Review Financial Reports and take necessary steps for improvements within organization.
• Preparation of annual budgets / forecasts and ensure strict adherence to budget lines.
• Taking appropriate measures to keep the financial position of organization on track all time.
• Prepare and finalize periodical financial reports for Management to review organization performance and decision-making processes.
• Prepare corporation and personal tax returns.
• Review VAT returns and submissions to HMRC.
• Ensure every financial workflow complies with legal, ethical and statutory regulations.
Key Requirements:
· The successful candidate must be a certified QBO Pro-Advisor level ACCA/ACA/AAT/CIMA or Accounting Graduate.
· Advnace level of proficiency in Excel and MS Office is mandatory.
· Must have experience and technical knowledge about latest AI integrated cloud-based accounting systems and their deployment.
· Experience in a similar role within a technology organization to be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to both internal and external clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ITIL V3 Foundations would be advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP Deployment on Azure Cloud.
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is necessary.
• Additional languages such as German or Arabic are a plus
