Summary
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Mortgage Broker who is cemap 1,2,3 qualified with at least two years' experience writing business.
Working Monday to Friday office hours with two days from home, three office based.£32550 plus bonus
The ideal candidate will be confident and ambitious with a mature personality and excellent communication skills.
You must be literate and numerate with strong IT skills, a team player with good sales acumen and someone who will be committed to the role.
Experience required:
* Previous broking skills or experience is essential and experience within buy to let would be preferred. If you are someone with experience in residential mortgages, but looking to make that change into commercial, or already have commercial experience but want more exposure to the industry, we want to hear from you.
* In addition you will work with the best in the business and have a chance to work on, HMO's corporate lets, Student accommodation, bridging finance, commercial finance, multiple dwellings.
The role will include:
* Interfacing, dealing with clients, solicitors and lenders, case management, liaising with clients, identifying requirements and finding suitable lenders.
* Attending property networks in London and the Midlands following an initial training period.
* The clientele are property investors who are looking to secure finance on investment properties, typically buy to let, you will be handling many referrals and repeat customers.
A driving licence is essential.

Basic £32550k per annum plus quarterly bonus
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am - 17.30pm finishing 5pm Friday possibly earlier. Two days from home.
