We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic Receptionist to join our Inner Northwest Divisions. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about ensuring our patients are dealt with in a compassionate and efficient way.
Welcoming patients, carers, staff and visitors signposting them to the relevant departments. Booking in appointments on arrival appropriately & according to their urgency
Ensuring that patients are treated with dignity and respect and that personal information is conveyed with tact and diplomacy contributing to the improvement of the ‘patient experience’
