Location: Sittingbourne & Maidstone
Full time: 37 hours per week
Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 9am-5pm | Friday: 9am-4.30pm
Salary: £24,000

What you’ll do:
· Provide practical and emotional support to women experiencing domestic abuse.
· Empower women to understand their rights and explore options to safely live free from abuse.
· Collaborate with external agencies to deliver holistic care and advocate for women.
What we’re looking for:
· A woman with a strong commitment to ending gender-based violence.
· Excellent communication skills to listen and empathise effectively.
· Experience in safety and support planning, and working with vulnerable individuals in health, social care, or community settings.
Requirements:
· A driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
· An enhanced DBS check will be carried out by SATEDA.
· This role is restricted to women under Part 1, Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
