Responsibilities
Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing legal advice on contract-related matters and implications.
Managing contract disputes and overseeing resolution processes when necessary.
Conducting legal research to support contract terms and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with project managers to align contracts with project goals.
Monitoring contract performance and ensuring all obligations are met by relevant parties.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract law or related legal field.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £42.27
