Summary

Are you detail-oriented, multilingual, and looking for a role in a dynamic and international organisation? We are seeking a Document Specialist with native-level proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese to join our clients busy Quality Assurance team based in Bangor, Gwynedd

As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing engineering test files, compiling certification documents, proofreading, and conducting related research. This role is essential in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the QA team with high-quality documentation processes.

As the Document Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

    • Reviewing and verifying engineering documentation for required notations and regulatory compliance
    • Compiling and finalising certification documents, ensuring accuracy and quality
    • Utilising systems to process QA issue reports and manage file tracking
    • Troubleshooting issues by researching manufacturer documentation and previous submissions.
    • Maintaining knowledge of submission and jurisdiction-specific requirements
    • Communicating effectively with team members and clients to clarify and resolve documentation queries

    We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

      • Native-level proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and fluency in English
      • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or legal role
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
      • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skills
      • A commitment to producing high-quality, accurate documentation
