Crynodeb
To receive and respond to telephone enquiries in a professional, helpful and sensitive manner. Communicate with GPs, other Health and Social Services, voluntary sector, patients and relatives. Processing ward documentation e.g. admissions and discharges. Use of WPAS to manage all referrals in a timely manner. The post holder will ensure that all case notes, their content and other records are tracked to the relevant person. Filing of results in case notes. Maintain appropriate manual/computerised systems and update as required. Photocopying of appropriate documentation. Any other ad hoc duties, which are reasonable and appropriate to the grade, thereby supporting each other as a team and the service as a whole.
