Your new company
Weare working with a two-form entry school in South Gloucestershire. The school iscommitted to providing a high-quality education for all their pupils, with afocus on creativity, innovation, and inclusion. They are looking for a coverteacher to join their team and provide PPA cover for KS1 and KS2 classes as thefirst responder cover teacher.
Your new role
Asa cover teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the planned lessons andactivities for the classes you are assigned to, following the school'scurriculum and policies. You will also be expected to manage the behaviour ofthe pupils, assess their learning, and provide feedback to the class teachers.You will work closely with the other staff members and receive support andguidance from the senior leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent
- Valid visa to work in the UK
- Experience of teaching in KS1 andKS2
- A flexible and adaptable approachto teaching
- A positive and enthusiasticattitude
- A commitment to safeguarding andpromoting the welfare of children.
