The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel is located on a quiet side street right in the heart of London's West End. All 108 bedrooms at this four-star hotel have been recently refurbished and offer a great standard of comfort and style. In addition, the Royal Trafalgar has a ground floor restaurant which also benefits from a terrace so you can experience al fresco dining in the centre of London.
The Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your F&B career? We're looking for a Cluster F&B Manager to oversee a small yet dynamic operation, including breakfast service, casual dining, and retail outlets like Costa Coffee and Waffle Meister. This is an entry-level management role focused on operations, guest experience, and cost control across multiple locations. Catering to 100-200 daily guests, you'll manage a small team across two hotels (Thistle Piccadilly and Thistle Trafalgar). As our Cluster F&B Manager, no two days will be the same. You'll bring energy, consistency, and creativity to ensure the smooth running of all F&B elements, Responsible for recruitment, training, and development, you will shape a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive team environment. Planning and forecasting budgets and revenue, keeping an eye on trends and opportunities to drive success.

* Experience in F&B or hospitality, with a focus on customer service and operations.

* Flexibility to manage a variety of responsibilities and work across different areas of the operation.
* 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or retail management.
