Qualifications :
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a software developer.
- Proficiency in Rust, C++, Java, C#, or Python, with recent programming experience in at least one of these languages.
- Familiarity with async Rust and Tokio runtime is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, and real-time distributed services.
