Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Influencer Partnerships & Content Creator Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, directly managing partnership negotiations and creator recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to brands to establish and secure paid partnership opportunities.
- Lead and manage communication with potential brand partners, showcasing Infly Management’s value and expertise in influencer marketing.
- Negotiate and finalize concrete partnership agreements.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit content creators to join our network, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to develop effective strategies for partnerships and recruitment.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of brand partnerships and creator profiles for efficient tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience working in an influencer marketing agency or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand collaboration processes, and content creation trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media, branding, and the influencer landscape.
- Preferred: UK-based applicants.
- Speaking French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
