Crynodeb
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations within the hours of 06002200hrs (Monday to Friday) and 06001800hrs (weekends). Support department managers and supervisors to ensure all staff are on duty and operational issues are promptly resolved. Conduct regular audits of working practices related to environmental waste and transport schedules to maintain mandatory compliance and efficiency. Manage shift coverage, monitor sickness in line with organisational policies, and utilise systems such as HealthRoster, CAFM, and other associated system tools. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidates will possess proven supervisory or management experience, demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the competence to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service expected at UHLG, ensuring operational excellence across all logistics functions.
