Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00
Location: (Home working with expected days in our Birmingham Head Office which will be discussed at interview )

What you'll do as our HR Shared Service Officer:
- Transactional HR Support: Process HR requests, issue HR communications, and support managers and colleagues.
- Management Reporting: Create and manage absence and leaver reports, and handle ad hoc requests.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- General HR Administration: Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR function.
