**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrator** to join our client's team for a 12-week assignment. The successful candidate will support managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
----------------------------------------------------
* Accurately input and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
* Process purchase orders with attention to detail and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
* Handle card payment transactions securely and efficiently.
* Input, update, and maintain records in various databases with a high degree of accuracy.
* Provide support to managers and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
**Key Requirements**

* Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
* Familiarity with sales order and purchase order processing systems.
* Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Professional demeanour with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
