Crynodeb
Position: We are seeking a Curriculum Quality Enhancement who can be based at any of our main sites. This role supports the design, development, and effective delivery of our tertiary curriculum by contributing to a quality enhancement culture. Reporting to the head of faculty, the curriculum quality enhancement assistant will work closely with curriculum managers, lecturers/delivery staff, quality staff and Your Student Association (YSA), to ensure quality assurance and enhancement activities take place as outlined within our quality procedures.
Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for collating and monitoring qualitative and quantitative information and data that will support curriculum teams to create effective subject level self-evaluation documents. They will support staff in course committees and the timely submission of reports for college courses, UHI modules and UHI programmes.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will Hold a qualification at SCQF level 7 such as a HNC or equivalent and above (consideration may be given to other qualifications). Three years’ experience and evidenced practice in working in a role that interfaces with people along with the understanding of implementing and supporting quality improvement and data organisation.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £28,453 - £29,753 per annum, pro rata
Location: Based at a larger campus preferably
Working Hours: 35 hrs, permanent
