A typical day in the role includes:

• Building data-driven social strategies for all social platforms Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat & LinkedIn
• Creating and delivering social media training sessions on topics like social commerce, social content creation & best in class social media content
• Delivering performance reports by analysing social engagement & social commerce KPIs using Fanpage Karma, Meltwater & Google Analytics
• Creation of educational email newsletters covering latest social media news & algorithm knowledge
• Supporting our brands with guidelines and expertise, acting as key point of contact on all things social
• Keeping our social play book up to date with best practice
• Sharing social news, trends and updates across the business
• Ensuring the business’ social posts are compliant with AS Watson Group legal policies

What you'll need:

• You will have an understating of how to run social analytics software and social listening tools
• You will have a strong understanding of marketing strategy frameworks and social KPIs
• You will have in depth knowledge of all social platforms and previously run social channels for a business
• You love all things health and beauty!
