Summary
Are you passionate about promoting healthier lifestyles and making a real difference in a community? Do you have or want to develop project management skills alongside your Nutritionist / Health Coach qualifications? We are looking for a Project Lead / Health Coach to join our team in Bradford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of our two new Targeted Weight Management Services commissioned by Bradford Metropolitan District Council, one dedicated to the South Asian communities of Bradford and the other dedicated to Men in the area. You will work directly with the South Asian and Male population to support and encourage healthy eating and movement habits, oversee volunteers and liaise with our delivery partners Bradford Bulls Foundation and Abilities Together as well as existing services across Bradford. Ensuring data is collected, input to the UpShot monitoring tool, your role will be crucial to monitoring the numbers of people coming into service and the quality of our delivery You will play a key role in empowering individuals to make lasting changes through group sessions, content creation, and community engagement.
