Job Opportunity
If you are an accomplished workshop manager looking for a new career direction, this could be just the job you have been waiting for. You will be overseeing a small, friendly team covering a variety of PSV vehicles and work including inspections, servicing, and controlling field-based technicians. This is a traditional workshop manager role, controlling and mentoring your team, offering advice, and of course ensuring all associated admin is completed. Responsibilities
• Oversee day to day running of a small but busy PSV workshop
• Ensure all quality standards are maintained
• Work with the management team to improve the workshop side of the business
• Oversee the field-based team as well
Qualifications
• Proven track record in workshop control and management
• A keen eye for quality control
• Computer literate
• Motor trade experience required
Salary and Benefits
• Basic salary £55,000
• Company vehicle provided
• 8am – 5pm Mon to Fri
• 22 days + BH + LSL, pension scheme
