The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for Life Insurance Sales Advisors to join our clients team based in the Llansamlet area.
Salary: £25- £40k depending on experience + Performance Bonus + Annual Bonus for top performers. (1yr experience would start from £25k and 2yr+ experience would be a senior advisor role paying up to £40k basic)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 10am-7pm
Contract: Permanent
Our client is expanding and looking for Life Insurance Sales Advisors with a proven track record in a sales environment to start immediately. The successful candidate will be joining an already established and successful sales team.
Role & responsibilities:
- You will receive a number of prequalified leads from potential customers to discuss their Life Insurance requirements. There is NO COLD CALLING
- You will discuss policy needs by undertaking a thorough fact find over the telephone, whilst always taking a consultative approach
- You will provide advice on regulated Life Insurance Products
- Convert leads into Sales
- You will be required to meet monthly KPIs
- You will be expected to identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling products to generate business and increase profitability
- Provide a valued service
- You will carry out some administrative duties but this is minimal as the client has an administrative team that offers full support
Skills/Experience/Behaviours Required:
- Previous experience working in a sales environment selling Life Insurance is essential
- A proven track record working within a target orientated environment
- Excellent customer service skills essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills as this is a telephone based role
- A positive attitude, determination and drive to succeed
- Drive and tenacity to meet and exceed targets
- CII Qualified or Insurance related qualification desirable but not essential
- Organised and able to work under pressure within a target driven environment
