SEN/SEMH Support Assistant - Full-Time Opportunity
Location: York, North Yorkshire
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (term-time only)

As a Support Assistant, your role will involve:
- Providing tailored support to students on a one-to-one or small-group basis.
- Assisting in fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Helping students build self-confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
- Collaborating with educators and staff to adapt learning strategies for individual needs.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about education and supporting young people. This position is open to graduates and those with relevant experience. You'll need:
- A caring and patient approach to working with children.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Enthusiasm for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
- Availability to work full-time during school hours, term-time only.
