As Senior Project Manager you will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align resources and manage risks, ensuring the seamless delivery of transformation goals. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing multiple project plans, ensure timely delivery, and adjust plans as needed to mitigate risks.
- Providing regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Proactively identifying risks and develop mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Monitoring project resources and budgets, ensuring efficient use and alignment with goals.
- Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
- Coordinating across teams and departments to ensure cohesive project delivery aligned with enterprise-wide goals.
- Have strong financial management, governance, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams, driving project success.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Strong collaboration and resilience under pressure.
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering business objectives.
- Certifications like Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP are desirable.
