Security Cleared - Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Hybrid), Taunton, 6 - Month Contract (Possible Extension)
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing multifunctional technology teams, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
- A strong track record in delivering complex, multi-faceted agile programmes and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of agile practices, including Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and Continuous Delivery, and a passion for promoting these methodologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Experience of setting and implementing technology standards, principles, and governance frameworks across organisations and third parties.
- The ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
