We have an exciting opportunity for someone with technical skills and excellent customer service to join our team as an Endpoint Support Engineer.
Working in the technical support team, alongside our IT service desk, IT infrastructure teams and other IM&T colleagues to provide seamless, timely and friendly technical support service to our colleagues.
Berkshire Healthcare is a Community and Mental Health Trust, providing clinical services across Berkshire and beyond, this role requires the post holder to work in different locations and involves traveling to various
sites daily this includes sites outside of Berkshire where trust provides services.
Where required provide “out of hours support” on a rota-based system to frontline clinical services.
The post holder will provide transportation, installation, maintenance and technical support for Laptops, Desktops, Printers, iPhones, iPads, docking stations and support Windows, Office 365 and other IT systems used by Berkshire Healthcare.

The must haves:
• Educated to degree level or a minimum of three years equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent level of knowledge
• At least two years’ experience in an IT support environment
• Experience of Microsoft Intune
