Role Overview
The Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficient scheduling, client communication, and record-keeping. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our business while providing excellent customer service to clients and support to our cleaning team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and client agreements.
- Handle correspondence via email, phone, and mail in a professional manner.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

2. Client Communication
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments with clients.
- Provide detailed service information to prospective clients.

3. Staff Coordination
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching cleaning teams to client locations.
- Maintain a record of staff hours and performance for payroll processing.
- Communicate effectively with cleaning staff about client requirements and updates.

4. Data Management
- Maintain and update client databases and service schedules.
- Prepare regular reports on bookings, revenues, and operational metrics.

5. Compliance and Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning industry practices and terminology.
- Experience with CRM software or scheduling systems.
- Previous customer service experience.
