We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the National Employer Training (NET) in the role of NET Administrator. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!

About the role

The role of our administrative team here at NET is a varied one that brings challenges but is highly rewarding. Our administrators are very much the beating heart of our business. Our administrators ensure that we are compliant at all times and work closely with our MIS team and the awarding bodies to ensure that we process learners in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you be involved with all our internal teams as well as working directly with our learners to ensure that they can claim industry recognised accreditations. You will work as part of a highly skilled support function where everyone helps each other. This is a key reason as to why our team are highly successful. Each week you will be completing:

Learner claims
Learner compliance checks
Working with our MIS team and learners directly
Ensuring that reports are correct and accurate
Assist in providing information to awarding bodies
Book exams and courses

About the person

The successful candidate will need to have administrative experience and have a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance is met. In order to be successful in this role you will also need:

Understand how Management Information Systems work
Be a great communicator
be able to recognise the importance of team working
Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Have vast experience of IT related systems
