As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. You will collaborate with the kitchen team working under the Head Chef to ensure that all food is prepared according to the highest standards. A key part of your role food preparation, ensuring food safety, and keeping the kitchen organised.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to the highest standard.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure that food safety standards and cleanliness protocols are followed.
• Monitor food costs and minimise waste.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for cooking.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
