You will be responsible for

  • Playing a key role in delivering outstanding design.

  • Being passionate about conceptual design and developing concepts into great customer experiences.

  • Designing and developing world leading retail environments, with a particular focus on fast-paced grocery and branded retail environments.

  • Having the ability to produce commercially viable, high-quality designs is essential, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate simply and clearly through conceptual hand drawn sketches, computer visuals and presentation packs.

  • Being comfortable and experienced working on multiples projects simultaneously, whilst also maintaining a high standard and attention to detail.

You will need

  • To have an impressive portfolio of recent retail design projects.
  • Be conceptual and balance strategic thinking with design craft excellence.
  • You’re comfortable developing concepts and designs both on your own and as part of a wider project team
  • Fluency in; sketch-up, vray, Adobe Creative Suite and Powerpoint
  • Have strong creative skills being able to represent these though visuals (both hand drawn and computer generated)
  • Ability to create high quality presentations and presentation packs to share with senior stakeholders and teams across the business
  • Skills understanding and dissecting complex design briefs, communicating solutions in a simple and clear way
