Summary
Are you reliable, self-motivated, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a Full-Time Milk Delivery Driver to join our team in a dedicated relief and support position.
This role has been created to ensure we always have the right cover in place for last-minute sickness, holidays, and operational needs. You will shadow and learn all delivery rounds, becoming fully familiar with each route so that you can step in confidently whenever required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Covering milk delivery rounds at short notice due to sickness, holidays, or absence
Shadowing all rounds to learn routes thoroughly
Delivering milk and associated products to residential and commercial customers
Supporting the team with vehicle breakdowns, checking invoices, visiting customers on site, and milk probing
Assisting with wider company needs as they arise
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Loading, unloading, and managing stock for each round
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
Comfortable with night shifts and varying shift patterns
Able to work independently and use initiative
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and able to manage lifting and walking
Full UK clean driving licence
Experience in delivery roles is helpful but not essential
