KHURSHID DRINKS LTD, a fast-growing Black Sheep Coffee franchise, is known for serving top-quality, 100% specialty-grade coffee with a strong focus on sustainability, creativity, and excellent customer care. As the company expands its team, KHURSHID DRINKS LTD is looking for a dedicated operations manager to help improve the efficiency of our franchise location.

Main duties include:

• Manage purchasing, staffing, inventory, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff, plan shifts, and manage holiday schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly, aiming for a 4.5+ Google review score.
• Support management in planning promotions, driving sales, and increasing overall revenue.
• Monitor product expiry dates, implement discount strategies for near-expiry items, and adopt sustainable practices to minimise waste and maximise profits.
• Oversee cash handling, ensure accurate register operations, and reconcile cash at the end of shifts.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, staff feedback, and operational challenges.
• Represent the company in supplier meetings and negotiations to build partnerships and secure favourable terms.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing strategies to improve service efficiency.
