Based at our Stephenson Campus
The SMB College Group is a highly successful FE college, formed of two merged and reputable colleges – Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. Specialising in land-based, technical, trade and creative arts, we provide an extensive curriculum from Agriculture to Animal Care, Construction to Sport, Hair & Beauty to Care. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby. SMB College Group work with some fantastic industry partners to ensure they provide the skills needed now and in the future.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Hair and Beauty Technician to join the team based in Coalville, Leicestershire. Working in this role you will have an aptitude for accuracy, be able to maintain our salon facilities and contribute to the continued improvements to the hair and beauty department to achieve the best outcomes for our students.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will support hair and beauty teaching staff in providing an excellent realistic working environment for the next generation of hairdressers, beauty therapists and media make-up artists. You will also provide an excellent customer service to our clients and show a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our clients have a great experience.
