New Opportunity for a Care Supervisor!
Permanent, 35-40 hours per week - Chorley
Working for an established organisation who provide support and care to people with profound learning disabilities and complex needs, the Care Supervisor will be key to help support the running of a small supported living service.

The role:
- To supervise and lead staff team providing effective care and support to adults with profound learning disability and/or physical disability supporting the manager of the Supported Living service
- To provide cover for annual leave/sickness and other absences
- Ensure that the Support Staff are provided with the relevant training and support with staff supervisions.
- Support with care planning, risk assessments,
- Adhere to any internal policies & procedures including the complaints process.
Ideal candidate:
- You will have experience and sound knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities and hold the QCF Level 3 or equivalent.
- Professional, proactive and committed individual with the ability to effectively lead and support staff teams
- Flexible to work on a rota basis between the hours of 8am-22.00
- Flexible to participate on the 'on-call' system
- Car driver with Full UK Driving License
