Temp-to-Perm & Agency Opportunities Available
Locations: Leyland
Pay: £12.30 – £14.01 per hour
Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated person looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in a supported living environment.
About the Role
You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties may include:
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
Assisting with personal care (where required)
Encouraging engagement in activities and community participation
Promoting independence and positive outcomes
Working as part of a supportive, professional team
Long term agency and temp to perm options available, shifts will include;
Short shifts
Long days
Sleep-ins
Waking nights
Both agency and temp-to-perm routes are available, giving you the freedom to choose what works best for you.

Caring and reliable individuals
Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities - particularly autism
Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and dignity in care
