Job Purpose:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and creative individual to join our charity as an Office Administrator and Content Coordinator. This role combines administrative duties with content creation responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations while also supporting the charity’s communication and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Content Writing & Coordination
Write engaging content for the charity’s website, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and messaging aligned with the charity’s mission.
Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and tone to ensure consistency with the charity’s voice.
Assist in the creation of fundraising materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
Available for urgent meetings and willing to work given as per designation by the manager.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar administrative role.
Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt to different writing styles and platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in working in a charity or non-profit environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) would be a plus.
