We are looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record in programme or project management and a solid understanding of complex care pathways and stakeholder engagement is essential. If you are passionate about driving change and making a tangible impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join us and contribute to improving services and outcomes for our organisation and the populations we serve. The East Midlands Cancer Alliance (EMCA) is hosted by the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) as its employer but works on behalf of all five ICBs in the East Midlands. Together, EMCA and ICBs work to address disparities in cancer outcomes, enhance access to cutting-edge treatments, and promote early detection initiatives. By leveraging the expertise of multiple stakeholders, they aim to streamline cancer care services, reduce waiting times, and improve patient experiences. The collaboration between EMCA and ICBs is essential for driving forward the strategic objectives of the NHS Long Term Plan, particularly in reducing cancer mortality and improving overall survival rates in the East Midlands.
