Summary
Carry out preparatory work for the Installation of core plumbing and domestic heating systems.
Install core plumbing and domestic heating systems.
Test and commission core plumbing and domestic heating system installations.
Carry out routine service and maintenance.
Perform fault finding, diagnosis and rectification procedures.
Decommission core plumbing and domestic heating systems.
Conform to all health, safety and welfare in the workplace requirements.
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Qualifications required: GCSE maths and English at grades 4 or above desirable.
The successful candidate MUST be able to get to Barnsley College.
