SMART Repair Manager Key Responsibilities
- Oversee both productive and non-productive workshop staff
- Manage workshop efficiency, productivity, and output
- Liaise with both internal teams and external customers to ensure service standards are met
- Ensure all work and documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Uphold company procedures and maintain compliance standards
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
About You
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Bodyshop or SMART Repair Manager role
- NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3 or ATA qualification preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
