About Us

Young Voices brings children together in the UK’s most iconic arenas, creating the
world’s largest school choir concerts filled with energy, excitement, and unforgettable

Your Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing
initiatives, collaborating with the Director of Brand & Culture and the senior leadership team. You’ll ensure our brand message resonates across all platforms, reaching and inspiring our audience while driving data monetisation through effective and engaging marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

● Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan aligned with
Young Voices' vision.
● Customer Journeys: Design and manage segmented, multi-channel journeys to
maximise engagement.
● Campaign Management: Oversee copywriting, SEO, web content, purchase
funnels, GDPR compliance, campaign execution, and data segmentation.
● Brand Management: Implement brand guidelines and tone standards across all
channels.
● Team Collaboration: Work with agencies, designers, developers, and social
media managers to ensure consistent messaging.
● Performance Monitoring: Report on marketing activities and suggest
improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

● Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field.
● Experience: Proven success in multi-channel marketing, performance
advertising, and ROI-focused campaigns. Experience in live entertainment is a
bonus.
● Technical Proficiency: Digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta), SEO tools, CMS
platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and project management software.
● Core Competencies: Strong copywriting, strategic planning, and data analysis
skills. Budget management experience is essential.
● Personal Attributes: Organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
