Your Day-to-Day:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-trade customers, using your expertise to develop tailored strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional results, leveraging your commercial acumen and a deep understanding of P&L.
  • Use selling and negotiation skills to secure and maintain key accounts, driving volume and profitability.
  • Act as a role model, inspiring a cross-functional team and setting high standards of execution.
  • Overcome challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset, finding solutions and unlocking barriers to success.
  • Generate and evaluate business plans, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in account management within FMCG, particularly in the on-trade sector.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L, gross profit, and financial metrics.
  • Key Skills: Selling, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making.

  • Leadership Qualities: Able to inspire, focus, and drive dispersed teams to success.

  • IT Literate: Proficient with tools to manage accounts, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
