The role of the Community Nurse is integral part of the Health Visiting team, supporting the delivery of a community public health nursing service. You will take delegated work and be responsible for your own caseload, having a degree of autonomy over your diary and workload planning. You should be able to work alone and in a team with an ability to maintain electronic records.
