The company is a world-leading organisation, based in Glasgow, involved in the design, development and manufacture of leading-edge Ultrasonic Transducer technology. To support continual growth an excellent opportunity exists for an operator with previous experience in chemical processing.
The role will be reporting directly to the Production Supervisor and you will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities
· Mixing, curing and processing polymer material for potting and encapsulation.
· Assembly and preparation of moulds.
· Ensure adherence to stringent engineering production standards and controls.
· Complete production documentation in accordance with ISO9001.
· Maintain high levels of housekeeping within the laboratory.

Requirements:
· Good communication, organisation and planning skills.
· Experience of polymer processing and working with primers
· Experience of working within GLP, COSHH and ISO standards
· Previous experience working with chemicals.
· Ability to multi-task and operate effectively under pressure.
· Ability to operate in a team environment.
· Computer Literate in all Microsoft tools
