Summary

As a Junior Payroll Accountant your duties will include:

    • Assisting with weekly/monthly Payroll processing
    • Timesheet processing and record keeping
    • Expense account administration
    • Data entry onto payroll system
    • Ensuring all statutory payroll requirements are met
    • Assisting with internal and payroll audits as and when required
    • Other finance duties as required

    We would love to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

      • A Degree in Accounting, Finance or a in related field
      • Previous demonstrable experience in a Payroll position (desirable)
      • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll databases and payroll software
      • Numerate and detail orientated
      • The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
      • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
      • Happy to work independently and with minimal supervision
